About the event
Join Kimberly Pelletier for this 3 hour workshop to learn how to weave pine needle baskets!
No previous experience is required. This class is recommended for patient crafters ages 12 and up who are comfortable using a sewing needle for some fine detail work. All materials are included!
Instructor Bio
My name is Kimberly Pelletier. I am from Thessalon First Nation. My Mother’s family is from Mississauga. I currently live in Bawating (Sault Ste. Marie). I am a passionate craftsperson creating, teaching, sharing, and learning all kinds of traditional and contemporary art forms. Chi miigwetch for having me come spend time with you.
