About the event
Anna Wilson from The Creative Basket will be providing an introduction to EPP (English Paper Piecing), a technique that involves stabilizing fabric pieces with paper before sewing them into intricate designs. Because EPP is done by hand it makes a wonderful on the go project. Slow down, relax and enjoy the process.
With EPP the creative possibilities are endless.
In this class you will learn how to:
Prepare your fabrics
Stitch baste the fabric to the paper hexagon
Stitch the the hexagons together to create a flower shaped mug rug or motif that can be appliquéd onto a pillow or a quilt block.
